Return & Exchange
1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
2. Exchange Policy We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange To start a return or exchange, please:
- Email us at [Email Address] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
We recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is confirmed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost
- Change of mind or size exchange: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. International Orders For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
